- What's a scramble?
OK, we didn't get this question frequently, but we'll explain it anyway: Scramble, aka Captain's Choice, is when all team members hit their tee shot and then decide which ball is in the best position. Everyone then hits from that spot and the best position is chosen again. This is repeated until the ball is holed. This format allows players of all skill levels to have a good time. Hit it in the woods? Forget it! Hit from the fairway where your teammate is.
As a side note : it has been scientifically proven that consuming multiple beverages is very beneficial in this format.
- What if someone on my team can't play in the next event?
First of all, question their priorities... secondly, replace them! Players may be substituted throughout the series. So bring your A-game or you may be riding the bench next month! As long as your team name is entered into at least 3 events, your squad will be eligible for the series long prizes. It's up to you to decide which players earned them!
